چکیده

Clinical outcomes of ICSI when using only five or fewer testicular spermatozoa after cryopreservation have been unsuccessful and are considered to be inferior those fresh from Micro-TESE. A possible cause these poor results has the lack a successful freezing technique. In cases, repeated Micro-TESE simultaneous oocyte pick up available treatment. We developed an innovative ultra-rapid vitrification method for non-obstructive azoospermic men This study included 113 Micro-TESE, it was conducted retrospectively at St. Mother Clinic between 2011 2018. Each motile spermatozoon carefully aspirated tail first into pipette, put 2-μl microdroplet media medium near tip Cryotop (Kitazato Corporation, Tokyo, Japan) submerged in liquid nitrogen vapor 2 min then immediately plunged nitrogen. The vitrified were warmed by dipping them droplet media. Successfully recovered sperm selected used ICSI. Number patients, transfer cycles collected sperms 113, 192 560. Mean age patients their wives 32.0±3.7y 28.4±5.8y. pregnancy rate, miscarriage live birth rate number offspring 24.0% (46/192), 19.6% (9/46), 19.3% (37/192) 37 (Male: Female = 17: 20). Sperm recovery survival 90.3% (506/560) 70.4% (356/506). Fertilization mean transferred embryos 51.6% (99/192) 1.73 (1-2). gestational weeks body weight 39.23±5.27w 2852.31±314.28g. No congenital anomalies observed any babies. cryopreserving showed above 90% about 70% which is highest data ever reported. clinical healthy babies born.

Testicular sperm extraction in azoospermic men submitted to bilateral orchidopexy.

BACKGROUND This study was carried out to evaluate whether bilateral orchidopexy represents a poor or good prognostic factor in azoospermic men undergoing testicular sperm extraction (TESE). METHODS One hundred and seven presumed non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) patients, according to conventional clinical parameters (volume of testis, FSH, clinical history) were submitted to testicular biops...

Comparison of the aneuploidy frequency in embryos derived from testicular sperm extraction in obstructive and non-obstructive azoospermic men.

BACKGROUND The use of ICSI has been a major breakthrough in the treatment of male infertility. Even azoospermic patients with focal spermatogenesis in the testis (not sufficient to spill over into the ejaculate) may benefit from the technique. Previous reports suggest a higher pregnancy rate after ICSI treatment in patients with obstructive azoospermia (OA) compared to their non-obstructive azo...

Diagnostic epididymal and testicular sperm recovery and genetic aspects in azoospermic men.

Various procedures for sperm recovery in azoospermic men have been described, from open testicular biopsy to simple needle aspiration from the epididymis and the testis. Fifty-one obstructive and 86 non-obstructive azoospermic men were treated to compare the recovery of spermatozoa obtained by percutaneous aspiration from the epididymis (PESA) and aspiration/extraction from the testis (TESA, TE...

[Testicular sperm extraction for non-obstructive azoospermia: results with conventional and microsurgical techniques].

Testicular sperm extraction (TESE) was performed on patients with non-obstructive azoospermia using the conventional or microdissection technique. First, conventional TESE was attempted on all patients. If the sperm was retrieved successfully, the TESE procedure was terminated. Microdissection TESE was indicated only for patients for whom the conventional sperm retrieval was unsuccessful. Sperm...
